Over 180 days ago, this court took control of my 25-year-old Down’s Syndrome daughter, removing her from her home; a safe, loving, progressive environment filled with culture, art, music. Safe from drugs, neglect and sexual abuse. This was done without proper due-process as well as incomplete and incompetent due-diligence.
The American court system, this court system, has become corrupted by its own restrictive overbearing procedures; inundated with roadblocks and barriers as the players are so entrenched, so willfully trapped in their own weeds that they have become blind and infectious to the primary reason they are here in the first place…truth! Free flowing, deliverable truth has been quashed by a system that is more concerned with process, procedure and protocol than truth and justice. Justice should not be a purchased commodity available exclusively to the wealthy. Truth and justice should not be a competition between lawyers scheming, dodging and dealing with the liberties of The American Citizen.
This court has created an arena filled with conflict of interest emanating from repetitive familiarity fearful of inner reprisal. When words such as objection, sustained, overruled, foundation, leading, withdrawn are heard more than the truth is allowed to be stated, then the system has become broken and corrupted!
This court’s actions over the last 1940 + days have done nothing more than further the crippling damage that my daughters have had to endure their entire lives and this is not the first time the justice system has covered its eyes and thrown them down the purchased path. The damage is not only to my daughters but to all of society as their pain and injustice cascades throughout all that they touch.

I Ask This Question
What judge in America would allow a Down’s Syndrome girl/child/woman to be living with and in this situation?
Could it be a judge who has zero idea as to what is really going on in her own courtroom? Maybe a judge that is incredibly incompetent? Or just maybe a judge who is involved in an ongoing criminal conspiracy that involves lawyers and organizations under the power of a corrupted judicial system that profits from fixed trials?!
A “Criminal” Court & Judicial System
I am in a life and death battle to save my 32-year-old Down’s Syndrome daughter (who I have basically raised from her birth by myself), from a corrupted criminal judicial system and a morally vacant society. This very court has illegally taken my daughter from me and prevents me from seeing or contacting her. My First Amendment rights and my daughter’s First Amendment rights have been violated by this court. In the wake of Marsha M. Shak vs. Ronnie Shak (Massachusetts ACLU victory Ruth A. Bourquin BBO) I was denied representation by the Illinois ACLU. I was later informed by multiple Illinois lawyers that the IL ACLU is heavily influenced by the judicial corruption that is so prevalent in Chicago/Cook County.
After exhausting all my savings in a futile attempt to save her, I am now forced into the social media arena in an effort to educate the American population and hopefully rectify this crime. I pray for a miracle from God. I can never give up the fight to save my daughter, but God suddenly made it clear to me that this is not just about my daughter and my family… but for all that suffer under this very same oppressive situation and the crushing weight of corruption and oppression that is slowly destroying humanity.
Please read this and consider helping me save my daughter’s life. My daughter is being forced to live with a woman who is being sued for pedophilia. My daughter’s cognitive abilities have grossly deteriorated while being warehoused in her mother’s multimillion dollar condo and has in addition been prevented from attending church for over six years. I desire the truth in a world where the truth is deliberately concealed…as are the voices of those who suffer from its absence. My daughter’s name is Justice. I am NOT looking for any money! I am searching to save “JUSTICE”… for all!

I was informed recently by a lawyer, who made me promise not to tell anyone their name, that Amy McCarty & Joseph Monaghan of Monahan Law, Midwest Care Management (who Joseph Monaghan, financed the beginning of that company and placed his friend Ben Topp as owner), Judge Shawna Boliker as well as multiple GAL lawyers conspire together in a criminal organization to illegally steal human beings from their families for money from those individuals, as well as bribes from third parties for fixed verdicts.
My 31-year-old Down’s Syndrome daughter, Justice Peters-Farrell and myself were victims of this. But not until I was informed by this lawyer, as well as reading articles about judge Shawna Boliker and similar situations, did I realize that this was not about incompetence but about active criminal organized crime within our court system. If you read or have read my website, you know that I have contacted just about every lawyer in the Midwest, including the ACLU in Illinois and the president and CEO of the United States ACLU. I believe the Illinois ACLU is so immersed in the swamp of this injustice that they have refused multiple times to take my case regarding the abuse of my First Amendment rights and the First Amendment rights of my daughter Justice; even though the ACLU of Massachusetts won a decision, Marsha M. Shak vs. Ronnie Shak (MA ACLU lawyer Ruth A. Bourquin BBO) against the court that violated the first amendment rights of a father and his children due to almost exactly the same situation as ours.
I have lost all my savings, but I am working now on a major social media exposé to help educate the public. I am looking for any assistance and information to use to save the life of my daughter who is being mentally, physically, and very likely sexually abused at this very moment. This is not just about my situation, but about the lives of hundreds of other victims of this corrupt judicial system and very likely similar situations throughout the country (Megan Fox & the St. Louis probate scandal that resulted in multiple judges stepping down).
Please help me expose this sickness that is decaying America as well as the very foundation of humanity…our families!

I called Adult Services to report this travesty and I helped create a Facebook Book post and video that spoke about the truth of the incompetence and corruption of this court. The Judge threatened to incarcerate me if I did ‘t take it down. Three days later the judge took my visitation away and replaced it with supervised visitation which was $200.00 an hour and could only take place in Chicago. This was and is a violation of my First Amendment Right to Free Speech. I have not seen my beautiful daughter in 3 years as I have lost all my savings on subpar lawyers and a corrupt judicial system.
My daughter can barely speak now and is living with my ex-wife who is a drug addict, alcoholic and is being sued by her oldest daughter for sexual abuse….and Judge Boliker has given my defenseless Down’s Syndrome daughter to this terrible woman.
The following timeline contains a more detailed accounting of the horrific facts that have taken place in and by the Cook County probate court and those entrusted with upholding and insuring the freedoms of all Americans. The truth must be told throughout our country in order to stop the spread of this cancer.
